WTW is a global advisory, broking, and solutions company serving organisations worldwide. I worked as a Graphic Designer supporting internal and client-facing communications across multiple business areas.

Role
Graphic and Powerpoint Designer
Project overview
I was responsible for producing a wide range of corporate communications using existing design templates and brand guidelines. The role focused on accuracy, consistency, and efficiency rather than creative reinvention.
Key deliverables included PowerPoint presentations, journals, brochures, and web pages, ensuring all materials met WTW’s brand, accessibility, and quality standards.
Challenges
The primary challenge was managing and presenting large volumes of complex, data-heavy content—including reports, presentations, journals, and web content—while maintaining clarity and consistency within WTW’s established brand templates. Much of the information was dense and business-critical, requiring careful attention to hierarchy, readability, and structure to avoid overwhelming stakeholders.
Working within strict corporate brand and template constraints, I had limited flexibility in layout and visual expression, so the focus was on precision, accuracy, and efficient use of existing systems. Deliverables also needed to function seamlessly across digital and print formats, often under tight turnaround times, requiring strong organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to balance speed with quality.

Results
Delivered reliable, brand-compliant communications at pace
Supported client-facing and internal teams with professional-quality assets
Maintained a high level of consistency across all outputs
Built strong foundations in corporate design discipline and stakeholder delivery
